Tickets are on sale now for an Oct. 12 performance by R & B artist Leela James at the Chandler Center for the Arts.

Tickets are $38, $48, $58 and $68 and are available at chandlercenter.org or by calling 480-782-2680.

In 2004, at age 21, James toured as an opening act for the Black Eyed Peas and Macy Gray. She has also shared the stage with Robert Randolph and the late James Brown.

Known for hits such as “Fall for You,” “Complicated” and “I’d Rather Go Blind,” James’ has released seven top-20 R & B singles and multiple awards nominations.
