Raymond takes dad’s competitive streak to gym in Peoria

Tristen Raymond never played competitive baseball but she competes like her dad, Chris, a former player and current coach, when she is inside the lines.

As the senior leader of the Liberty volleyball team, Tristen wants to add to the family trophy case before graduating. Chris Raymond led the Lions to state baseball titles in 2018 and 2021.

Tristen said her father taught her how to be a good teammate, lead with a positive mindset and always compete.
