Queen Creek’s commercial sector is attracting more retailers

There’s an old saying in real estate: retail follows rooftops.

What it means is simple; once there are enough homes in a given area to support businesses, retail outlets will begin popping up near the residential areas.

That’s happening now in Queen Creek as an increasing number of retail businesses have opened or are opening in the town, particularly the core development area.
