City and town managers continue to dominate the ranks of the highest paid municipal employees in the Valley, and that holds true in Queen Creek.
The Daily Independent gathered the top 25 salaries of town and city employees from 16 municipalities to determine which positions and cities dominate the top ranks. The cities and towns surveyed are Apache Junction, Buckeye, Chandler, Florence, Glendale, Gilbert, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix, Queen Creek, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Surprise and Tempe.
