Queen Creek schools have spooky science experience

There’s something spooky happening to second graders in Queen Creek schools.

Every year, LaFawn Berry visits second-grade classes to teach about “Boo Bubbles” just in time for Halloween, according to a Queen Creek Unified School District press release.

Boo Bubbles is a yearly tradition and enhances the concept of states of matter to young students in a hands-on way. Berry talks about states of matter in general, sublimation, the weight of gasses and energy.
