Queen Creek rezones 1,600 acres for 'urban employment'

As expected, the Queen Creek Town Council approved  rezoning  1,600-acres of state trust land from the neighborhood and urban category to urban employment.

Council approved the rezoning during its Wednesday, Sept.  21 meeting. The item was on the council’s public consent agenda. 

The request for the rezoning was made by applicants Carolyn Oberholtzer, Bergin, Frakes, Smalley & Oberholtzer PLLC.
