Queen Creek Police issue Silver Alert
80-year-old man with dementia is missing

Queen Creek Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing elderly man with dementia.
Daniel Avilez was last seen in the area of S. Ellsworth Road and East Barnes Parkway in Queen Creek on Tuesday, Feb. 28 around 4:35 p.m.. He was driving a red 2014 Jeep Cherokee bearing Arizona plate BKK8173, according to the Queen Creek Police Department.
Avilez is described as a white male, 80 years old, 5-foot-9-inches tall, weighing 200 pounds and with gray hair. He was last seen wearing an olive green short-sleeve shirt and jeans.
