Queen Creek may provide new town with additional financial support

The town of Queen Creek will be considering whether to increase the monthly loans it provides to the new town of San Tan Valley as it gets its government up and running.

On Wednesday, the Queen Creek Town Council will vote on amending the intergovernmental agreement it has with the new town. The amendment is on the council’s consent agenda in which all items are addressed through one motion and vote.
