Queen Creek council set to pass amended STR ordinance

The Queen Creek Town Council is expected to approve an amended version of the ordinance regulating short-term rental homes.

The Queen Creek Town Council is poised to approve removing the licensing requirement and fees from the ordinance that regulates short-term rental homes.

The council will vote on the amended ordinance at its Wednesday, Nov. 1, meeting. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Chambers, 20727 E. Civic Parkway.
