Queen Creek council: No license needed to operate STRs

The Queen Creek Town Council has approved an amended version of the ordinance regulating short-term rental homes.

The Queen Creek Town Council approved an amendment to the ordinance that regulates short-term rental homes by removing the licensing requirement and fees.

The item was on the consent agenda at council’s Wednesday meeting. Items on the consent agenda are approved or rejected with one vote unless a council member or member of the public asks that an item be removed for a separate discussion or vote.
