Queen Creek council approves rezoning for industrial park

A 47-acre site located north of the northeast corner of Germann and Meridian roads has received rezoning and site plan approval for the development of an industrial park. No specific users for the park have been identified at this time.

The Queen Creek Town Council unanimously approved the move at its Nov. 16 meeting as part of its public hearing consent agenda. The site was rezoned from rural estate district to general office/business park.

The applicant, Adam Baugh, Withey Morris, PLC, is proposing a total of 847,612 square feet of shell industrial buildings.
