Queen Creek council approves final plat for condo development

Mayberry on Rittenhouse is on Rittenhouse Road east of Sossaman Road.

The final plat for a condominium development has been approved by the Queen Creek Town Council.

At its Wednesday meeting, the council approved a final plat request by LDR Pacific-Lone MT LLC for 186 units of residential condominiums in the gated rental community Mayberry on Rittenhouse. The community is on Rittenhouse Road east of Sossaman Road.
