The Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce has added three new members to its board of directors.
Joining the board are: Adolfson and Peterson Construction Regional Marketing Director Amara Boesch, Brenits Creative owner Andy Brenits, and US & Co CPA owner Daniel Urbina.
“We’re so happy to have these individuals join our board of directors,” stated Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Chris Clark in a press release. “Each of these individuals brings a diverse set of skills and perspectives to the Queen Creek Chamber.”
They replace Monica O’Toole, Joel Harris and Bryan McClure, who was elected to the Queen Creek Town Council last year.
“We appreciate the dedication and time these members gave us through the years, and the chamber is very strong as a result of their work,” Clark stated in the release.
The board of directors is responsible for setting the strategic plan for the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce and overseeing its finances. It is made up of small and large businesses in the community.
“We are happy to welcome Amara, Andy and Daniel. The board is dedicated to creating a positive business environment, supporting workforce development and connecting members with each other and our great community,” stated Angela Askey, chair of the board of directors, in the release.
As the regional marketing director at Adolfson & Peterson Construction, Boesch devises and drives strategic marketing and communications programs that align with business goals to enhance the visibility of the firm’s Arizona office.
With more than two decades of experience in marketing and public relations, she has been instrumental in supporting AP’s growth in the Southwest.
“A mentor helping women gain confidence and seize opportunities, Amara also lends her time and talent to many causes elevating communities across Arizona,” the release added.
Brenits is recognized for his award-winning work as a corporate creative leader and consultant. As the principal and chief brand officer at Brenits Creative, he has helped growing businesses compete with big brands by creating a consistent way to look, communicate and act, according to the release.
He has led creative teams at GAP, Banana Republic, NFL, KPMG and Arizona Public Service.
Urbina has more than two decades of experience in public accounting, asset management and pooled investment funds, the release stated.
He holds a license as a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona, Washington and Texas. Urbina directs corporate finance and risk management decisions and manages an office staff of CPAs.
