Queen Creek approves $1.6M in public infrastructure for $8M restaurant

A proposed 3.8-acre, $8 million microbrewery and restaurant in downtown Queen Creek will benefit from more than $1.6 million in public infrastructure support from the town.

At its Wednesday, Sept. 20, meeting, the Queen Creek Town Council authorized the mayor, town manager, town attorney and town clerk to “take all actions necessary to negotiate, finalize, execute, and implement” a development agreement with Lavenue 2 LLC, owners of The Perch Brewery and Restaurant, a council staff report stated.
