Pegasus Airpark has been given approval to construct 34 more airplane hangars.
The Queen Creek Town council approved Pegasus Airpark’s request to rezone about seven acres of the airpark’s property from residential to mixed use to allow for the construction of the 34 hangars across four buildings. Council also approved the associated site plan.
The request for the rezoning was made by Sean Lake, Pew and Lake PLC. Pegasus Airpark is located east of the northeast corner of Empire Boulevard and Ellsworth Road and the subject property is located directly south of the existing hangars within the airpark.
