Q&A: The Global Ambassador signature restaurants are ‘second to none’

The Global Ambassador, a luxury hotel developed by restaurant innovator Sam Fox, plans to open in mid-November with five original dining experiences that are accessible to the surrounding community.

Fox is best known for his Fox Restaurant Concepts, the group behind Valley restaurants such as Flower Child, Culinary Dropout, The Henry and Olive & Ivy.

The five signature restaurants are theà Mediterranean Rooftop, Le Âme, Le Market, Pink Dolphin and The Lobby Bar.
