Three candidates are battling for two seats in the Arizona House of Representatives for Legislative District 29.
Democrat Scott Podeyn is facing off against Republicans Steve Montenegro and Austin Smith for the two seats in the newly drawn district that includes parts of Surprise, Wittmann and Litchfield Park.
