A Peoria Unified high school teacher singled out by two board members who attempted to refuse her a contract is speaking out regarding accusations of improper teaching that occurred during a human physiology class late last year.

The issue nearly blocked the district’s 4,000 workers from getting new contracts after one parent made accusations against the teacher.

When Liberty High School science teacher Holly Webb got wind of online chatter calling for her firing, she was speechless.
