PUSD meeting rescheduled, COVID-19 mitigation strategies to be discussed

The Peoria Unified School District governing board has plans to discuss COVID-19 mitigation strategies for the 2021-22 school year at its next public meeting.

The board meeting was scheduled for 6 p.m., June 24, however it has been rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. June 28 due to lack of quorum at the district administration center, 6330 W. Thunderbird Road, Glendale.

The board will discuss health data, the use of masks and other mitigating factors for the coming school year.
