Pursuit Park industrial complex planned in Mesa

Four industrial buildings totaling 900,000 square feet are to be constructed north of Elliot Road on the west side of Signal Butte Road in Mesa.

Preliminary design for the Pursuit Park industrial development on 65.8 acres recently was discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board.

Loading and truck dock areas are to be in the rear of each building, Staff Planner Cassidy Welch said at the board’s Feb. 8 meeting.
