PulteGroup plans to acquire north Phoenix land near TSMC

Homebuilder PulteGroup has submitted plans to the city of Phoenix for about 6,355 acres of land from the Arizona State Land Department to be rezoned for a mixed-use master-planned community called NorthPark.

Another homebuilder has plans to acquire a massive tract of land to build a new community of homes near Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. in north Phoenix.

Homebuilder PulteGroup has submitted plans to the city of Phoenix for about 6,355 acres from the Arizona State Land Department to be rezoned for a mixed-use master-planned community called NorthPark.

The land has a maximum capacity of about 19,247 dwelling units, the community narrative stated.
