Valley groups look to boost workers, Arizona labor force

Pipeline AZ launches as nonprofit

A robust labor force will continue to reign important in the coming years if Arizona wants to remain competitive.

For example, over the past decade, the state’s annual employment grew at twice the national rate.

Looking forward, Arizona’s Office of Economic Opportunity projected state employment will continue to grow at a rate of 1.6% annually compared to 0.5% annual growth nationwide.
