Proudfit, Bowles, Tobey will win Peoria Unified board seats

Becky Proudfit, Janelle Bowles and Jeffrey Tobey will win the three open seats on the five-seat Peoria Unified governing board, according to unofficial results.

Becky Proudfit, Janelle Bowles and Jeffrey Tobey will win the three open seats on the five-seat Peoria Unified governing board, according to unofficial results.

The final count shows Proudfit had 19.63% or 51,099 votes, Bowles has 18.57% or 48,349 votes, and Tobey had 18.28% or 47,586 votes, according to unofficial results.

These three candidates will be sworn in at the first governing board meeting of 2025.
