Developers of the Prose Apartments on Mountain View Boulevard near Grand Avenue are taking another stab at getting approval of a zoning change from commercial to high-density residential.
The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission will be considering the matter at its next meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 6 at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
Commissioners and the Surprise City Council each rejected the zoning change last fall, but developer Bergin, Frakes, Smalley, & Oberholtzer made some changes they hope will gain approval this time around.
