Police can’t enforce citations

Queen Creek police citations to juveniles out past curfew are not having the intended bite to discourage the behavior.

While addressing the Queen Creek Town Council on Wednesday, Queen Creek Police Department Chief Randy Brice said there are no consequences to cited teens and their parents who don’t appear in court or fulfill their sentences.
