Property in violation for storing scrap, debris, Pinal County says

The Pinal County Attorney’s Office has been authorized by the board of supervisors to enforce a Civil Hearing Office finding of violations against Boyd Leatherman of 2525 S. Mariposa Road near Apache Junction for maintaining storage of scrap and debris.

The Pinal County Board of Supervisors on March 15 voted unanimously on a consent agenda with other items to approve authorizing the county attorney to do what is necessary, up to and including filing a complaint in Superior Court, utilizing appropriate resources to remedy the violations and filing liens for the cost of recovery.

“The property owner was found in violation of the Pinal County development services code for outside storage and parking — other items for maintaining storage of scrap wood, scrap metal, numerous trash bags, plastic totes and other numerous scrap and debris items,” according to a Pinal County document.
