‘Project Tailwinds’ industrial condos park planned in Mesa

Ten industrial buildings — each with individual ownership — are planned on 15.9 vacant acres east of Sossaman Road on the south side of Pecos Road in Mesa.

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board on Sept. 22 voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to recommend the council approve a preliminary plat for Project Tailwinds, with board members Shelly Allen and Tim Boyle absent.
