Pro pickleball tournament coming to Mesa

As the host team the Phoenix Flames will lead bracket

Major League Pickleball will return its coed, team pickleball action to the Valley for the first time since January 2023.

The Edward Jones MLP Phoenix will go from Thursday, May 29 through Sunday, June 1 at the Arizona Athletic Grounds, 6321 S. Ellsworth Road, in Mesa.

The Phoenix Flames will be the host team and feature former Wimbledon finalist Genie Bouchard, Olympic gold medalist Jack Sock, and Tyson McGuffin. Additional competitors will include the defending 2024 MLP champion Dallas Flash and Augustus “Augie” Ge, a Phoenix local and former D-I tennis player at the University of Arizona.

Rounding out the Premier Level bracket are the Atlanta Bouncers, Brooklyn Pickleball Team, Dallas Flash, L.A. Mad Drops, Phoenix Flames, SoCal Hard Eights, and Utah Black Diamonds.
