Primary election results finalized for Paradise Valley Town Council

Going to runoff for mayor in November

Paradise Valley Town Council met to canvass and certify the primary election results Aug. 13.

Final results show that no mayoral candidate received a majority of the total votes cast to be elected, so a runoff will be held in November.

This will be the first runoff election since the town’s move to consolidated elections in 2014, according to Town Clerk Duncan Miller.
