How can anyone who sits on a school board, hopefully to serve the best interests of the school children, cost struggling school districts that kind of money!
This issue has been reported on a lot and should have been resolved with the knowledge of the board’s rules respectfully. Bible verses might be acceptable at religious schools but does nothing to serve the students the board is there to represent. Especially since the rules prohibit it.

Allowing that person to be president of the school board is counterproductive and defies logic.
