Fulton Homes begins presales at Barney Farms in Queen Creek

Community offers a host of amenities

Fulton Homes has announced the presale of homes in its newest East Valley community, Barney Farms in Queen Creek.

The presales include homes in two neighborhoods, Meadows and Groves. Home sizes range from 1,691 to 3,595 square feet, and each neighborhood includes four single-story plan options.

Located at Queen Creek and Signal Butte Road, the master-planned community will feature 1,700 homes on 550 acres, including 114 acres of open space anchored by a 22-acre lake.
