Preliminary results show Barbara Fike is taking an early lead on Marc Graham in the democratic primary for Legislative District 28.

The district covers parts of northern Maricopa County, including Peoria, Surprise, and Sun City.

Fike has 54.36% of the vote and Graham has 45.64%, according to unofficial results.
