Preliminary results for the Arizona’s Treasurers' race are in. Nick Mansour is running unopposed on the Democratic side and, according to Arizona Election Results at at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, has garnered 485,800 thus far.
According to Arizona Election Results, Elijah Norton is leading on the republican side with 326,948 votes. Katherine Haley is behind with 252,793 votes.
Mansour is a third generation Arizonan and has served as chairman and CEO of the Arizona College of Nursing. He says he’s looking to restore fiscal accountability and transparency to the office, pointing to his business background as a rationale for his approach.
