OPINION – In a recent letter, Gregg Dudash talked about the power of prayer and somehow concluded that atheists are for gun control. If prayer worked as well as Gregg thinks it does, then neither he nor anyone else would need a gun.
So far in 2025, we have had 341 mass shootings in this country with 331 killed and 1,499 injured. We have children in schools being murdered. Just prayer isn’t working so great.
