Prasada North is expected to debut this spring, just north of the Village of Prasada, in many respects bringing more of the same to type of retail and dining to Surprise as its larger counterpart.
That may not be such a bad thing. Village at Prasada has been proof of concept for developer Simon CRE, which also helms Prasada North on the other side of Waddell Road.
“The outdoor concept is more on the leading edge. The buzz word is experiential. People want to go out there to see it and touch it,” said Rick Padleford, a commercial developer with Realty Executives
