Poor Boys Diesel Performance and Repair plans to add its second location in the Valley in north Phoenix.
The repair shop was approved for preliminary site approval by the city of Phoenix in the first week of July for a new shop on a 2.5-acre property at the southwest corner of Deer Valley Drive and 20th Street. It will be the company’s second location, the first is northeast of 21st Avenue and Cheryl Drive in central Phoenix.
Phoenix Planning and Development Team Leader David Goodman said the project was “pretty simple” in a July 9 public meeting about the preliminary site plan approval.
