Did you know that Dysart Schools is the largest employer in Surprise and El Mirage? It’s true.
And, most importantly, there are many jobs available in a wide range of fields such as teachers, classroom aides, office staff, bus drivers, maintenance workers, child care and classroom assistants (paraprofessionals) and more.
We’re always looking for team members who want to be part of helping students be successful in the classroom through contributing to the community, and job openings are always posted at Dysart.org/Careers. Whether you prefer to work indoors or outdoors, Dysart has many great jobs available. And, the best part is that you will be able to make a difference in the lives of the students if you join our team.
Dysart schools was recently ranked an “A” rated district by the state of Arizona. It was voted Best Public School District, and is home to the No. 6 ranked K-8 school in Arizona, and the No. 22 ranked high school in the state. We serve preschool to 12th-grade students within Surprise, El Mirage and Waddell and are home to 26 schools and over 23,000 students, including 18 “A” rated and 4 “B” rated schools in the 2023 state accountability labels.
In Dysart, we offer award winning experiences in academics, athletics, and the arts. Our 92% graduation rate reflects the strong academic foundation we offer through unique signature programs, and Advanced Placement and Dual Enrollment opportunities.
Our 14 state championships last year and the fact that our students earned the second most Arizona State Seals in Arts Proficiency clearly shows our dedication to providing positive experiences to help our students succeed and excel in many ways.
Dysart provides staff with a supportive work environment along with excellent pay and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, Arizona State Retirement, flexible spending account, employee assistance plan, professional development and training. And best of all, we offer a Monday through Friday work calendar with holidays off.
I’d like to invite the community to come and meet our staff and interview for a job opening at our upcoming Career Fair from 3 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 4 at 15802 N. Parkview Place in Surprise. Learn more and register for the Career Fair at Dysart.org/Careers. Walk-ins are also welcome.
We hope you’ll come and join us in Dysart. You’ll be glad you did.
