The request for assistance came Friday, two days after Dr. Hassan Kahn was arrested on charges related to sexual assault on a patient in his medical practice near Chandler Boulevard and Cooper Road.

“Detectives developed probable cause to make this arrest after an investigation revealed similar allegations by two female patients, who alleged unsolicited encounters with Dr. Kahn,” a Chandler Police Department release stated.

“In both cases, these women reported Dr. Kahn touched them in an inappropriate sexual manner during scheduled medical exams at his Chandler office.”

Those who want to file a police report or speak to an investigator may call the department’s non-emergency number at 480-782-4130. Reports may also be filed in person at the department’s main station, 250 E. Chicago St.

“We understand the sensitive nature of these investigations and want to ensure the identity of any reporting individual remains anonymous to the public,” the department release stated.
