Phoenix police detectives are seeking charges against three adults and three juveniles after completing their investigation into a shooting on Christmas in Terminal 4 at Sky Harbor Airport.

Their case has been submitted to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and the Juvenile Court Center, according to a Phoenix Police Department release. The suspects were not identified.

The charges allege unlawful imprisonment, disorderly conduct, aggravated assault, facilitation and assault.

Three people were shot Christmas night at a Terminal 4 restaurant at Sky Harbor Airport, authorities said.

Police arrived to find a woman and two men with gunshot wounds at the shooting scene, which was located outside of security checkpoints, police stated in an earlier release.

Preliminary information suggested a group of people who knew each other were in a fight about 9:40 p.m. Dec. 25, and one of them pulled out a handgun, police said.
