Police making progress on ‘Little Library’ investigation in northwest Valley

Peoria Police say they are increasing patrols and making progress on their investigation of a wave of vandalism that has left a number of neighborhood “Little Free Libraries” destroyed.

A group of teenage girls were caught on camera destroying the libraries over the last few weeks.

Police say as many as four libraries have been vandalized in Peoria, as well as others in multiple jurisdictions.
