A 32-year-old man has been arrested in the death of Cesar Aguilar who was shot about 5:15 p.m. Aug. 27 near 43rd Avenue and Camelback Road, Phoenix police said.
Jose McInturf faces first-degree murder and armed robbery charges in connection with the 41-year-old man’s death, according to a Phoenix Police Department release.
Aguilar died at a hospital following the shooting.
McInturf, who police identified as the lone suspect, was found and arrested on Sept. 12 and booked after being interviewed, police said.
