Police investigate fatal Saturday morning shooting at Peoria home

A shooting early Saturday morning ended with two people dead in Peoria, police said.
Officers responded about 4:10 a.m. Nov. 11 to a home near 78th Drive and Mescal Street where they found a man with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead, police said.
A woman was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries and later pronounced dead, according to a release from the Peoria Police Department.
Detectives are still conducting interviews with neighbors and family members to determine what led up to the shooting, the release stated. No arrests have been made.
