A 43-year-old man has died after being injured Wednesday night in a crash that occurred near Rainbow and Roeser roads, Buckeye police said.

Michael Ferrell was walking when he was hit by a car, police said, adding there is no crosswalk in the area.

Ferrell was taken to a hospital where he died, police said Thursday.

An investigation is continuing, but no impairment of the driver is suspected, police said.
