Pointing Fingers: Are college students really to blame for the spread of COVID-19?

COVID-19 is still prevalent almost a year after the first case was announced, and the nation started pointing fingers at college students for the continuous spread of the virus across the United States.

“I feel like a problem or a burden to my family because I attend college during COVID… I don’t want to go home and risk them,” said Mary Clarke, a student at Arizona State University.

On top of pressure built by schooling from home, young adults now have the weight of blame for a pandemic on their shoulders.
