Point-In-Time homeless count returns to Peoria

City did not conduct a count in 2021 due to pandemic

Before the sun rises Jan. 25, city workers and volunteers will fan out across Peoria, searching streets, alleys, parks, riverbeds and doorways to begin its Point-In-Time homeless count.

Maricopa Association of Governments coordinates the annual count of the homeless throughout the Valley.

Results of the count are usually released near the end of summer.
