A Recreation Centers of Sun City committee laid out general long-term priorities for the eventual renovation of Lakeview Recreation Center on Friday, Sept. 1.
The Strategic Alternatives Ad Hoc Committee meeting was only a broad discussion to lay out priorities for the center at 10626 W. Thunderbird Road; nothing is finalized yet. The committee will meet again this Friday and aims to finalize their proposal next Friday, Sept. 15 to present it to the board of directors on Thursday, Sept. 28.
The proposal will be taken to town halls for residents to give their input.
