Plans for $1 billion multiuse project in Scottsdale Airpark moving forward

Plans are moving forward for the first phase of the $1 billion multiuse development in the Scottsdale Airpark known as the Parque.

Nelsen Partners, developer for the projected planned for the former CrackerJax amusement park site at the intersection of North Scottsdale Road and East Tierra Buena Lane, have filed plans with the city for the first phase of the project.

The entire project was approved by the Scottsdale City Council in November 2023. All that is left to do is get approval on the aesthetics of each development phase from the Scottsdale Development Review Board. There is no time line on when the board will put the item on an agenda for consideration.
