Glendale commission to tackle housing development, group homes

Glendale’s planning commission will examine three topics at its next meeting, ranging from a 100-acre industrial site to a 250-acre proposed residential development, to a complaint regarding distances between group homes.

The commission will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, at the Civic Center, 5750 W. Glenn Drive.

The seven-member planning commission analyzes, reviews and makes recommendations to the city council regarding land use and development related issues.
