Planning Commission studies future Fast Market for Gilbert

The Gilbert Planning Commission discussed a design review request Nov. 1 for a proposed 5,676-square-foot Fast Market convenience store with fueling stations at 1655 E. Queen Creek Road, Gilbert, according to commercial real estate site vizzda.com.

The single-story building would sit on 2.94 acres. It would have seven fueling stations for a total of 14 fueling positions under one canopy with 71 parking spaces on site.
