Planners, Coyote Lakes back townhomes on Bell Road entrance to Surprise

Family Development appears to have found the rare real estate plan that almost everybody in Surprise can agree to.

The Surprise City Council will soon hear an amendment to change the zoning of approximately 6.85 acres in Coyote Lakes from community commercial to residential high density.

These three connected parcels are on the northeast corner of Bell Road and Coyote Lakes Parkway, near the former entrance to Coyote Lakes.
